安全保密設計 美無法監聽德政府

德國政府發言人說，由於德國政府內部電話，有安全保密設計，因此美國無法對這些電話通話，進行監聽。

這位發言人說，目前沒有證據顯示，美國已經破解密碼，突破保密系統，可以監聽德國政府電話。

如果通話雙方都使用，德國政府有保密裝置的電話，就不會被監聽。如果一方使用政府電話，另外一方使用普通電話，他們通話就可能被監聽。
