大陸城鎮居民年收入成長率趨緩

中華經濟研究院今天舉辦「中國大陸經濟發展與兩岸經濟合作」研討會，國內學者指出，大陸城鎮居民每人平均可支配收入成長率有下跌現象，不利於大陸內需市場的發展。

中經院大陸經濟研究所助研究員溫芳宜表示，大陸民眾無論是居住在城鎮或農村，自199年開始至2010年，在醫療保健上的支出比重逐漸增加。食品雖仍為消費支出最多的項目，但支出比重逐年下降。另外在交通與通訊支出的比重也逐年增加，主因在於購買家用汽車及手機等的移動設備。

她說明，2011年中國大陸城鎮居民消費達12.76兆元人民幣，農村居民消費則為3.74兆元人民幣，顯示大陸的消費者主力為城鎮居民。

然而，溫芳宜指出，大陸城鎮居民每人平均可支配收入成長率有下跌現象，且加上大陸的民間消費主要是由城鎮居民所帶動，這些人收入年增率趨緩恐不利於大陸內需市場的發展。
