台日產經智庫論壇 下午登場

經濟部工業局今天舉行「台日產業合作智庫論壇」，邀請日本首相安倍晉三的重要智囊日本三菱總合研究所理事長小宮山宏來台與會。小宮山宏表示，日本在安倍三支箭的政策下，展開變革與創新，這是一個關鍵的時刻，正是台日雙方展開深度產業合作的最佳契機。

經濟部工業局局長沈榮津表示，台日雙方簽署產業合作搭橋計畫合作備忘錄，選定11項特定產業包含風力發電、太陽光電、機械零組件、電子設備、資訊服務業、數位內容等陸續推動。台日產業的合作，由過去的貿易代工，拉升到技術合作、研發合作的層次，未來將朝向跨領域系統解決方案的共同推動邁進。

小宮山宏於會中提出白金社會模式，以解決全球社會面臨高齡化、能源短缺、市場需求動能不足的三大問題，未來將以資通訊與跨領域技術整合性的解決方案，找出超越成長極限的解藥，創造產業成長動能與就業機會，為台日產業合作帶來嶄新的模式。
