遭疑搞小圈圈　羅瑩雪：我不是「馬友友」

【綜合報導】立委吳宜臻上午強烈質疑法務部長羅瑩雪在法務部內成立「羅友友」的小圈圈，吳宜臻指最明顯的例子就是羅找新北檢察署檢察長蔡碧玉擔任常務次長，因為蔡的丈夫檢察官施慶堂曾公開挺黃，符合馬英九的調性，所以才找蔡。

羅瑩雪反駁，強調絕無此事，並稱她是多方打聽，知道蔡在法務部歷練很強、能力也很好。羅並說：「我擔任法務部長不是總統找的，是江宜樺院長找我的，我也不是『馬友友』（意指馬的小圈圈）。」
