美預算僵局 對恐慌指數影響比股市大

目前為止，美國兩黨預算僵局帶給股市投資人的影響，僅限於選擇權市場。

標普500指數9月18日漲到歷史新高以後，漲跌均未超過1%，倒是股市波動預期指數漲到去年12月來高峰。追蹤標普500指數選擇權成本的波動率指數，7日大漲16%至19.14，創下近四個月來最大漲幅。

富國優勢基金首席投資組合策略師傑考布森（Brian Jacobsen）說：「可能的結果不是非常好就是非常糟。這環境下正是波動擴大的類型。」

衡量市場波動、有「恐慌指數」之稱的芝加哥選擇權交易所波動率指數，9月20日至7日止已漲48%。紐約8日早盤，波動率指數跌1.8%至19.06。
