摸一把讚「好大」　74歲翁判4月

【王吟芳／高雄報導】高雄一名14歲少女去年跟朋友到住家附近的雜貨店喝啤酒聊天，因不慎打翻啤酒，少女向店家借拖把拖地後，走進店內廁所外水槽清洗拖把，不料高齡74歲的雜貨店李姓老闆竟從身後襲胸，抓了少女胸部一把之後還讚「好大」。少女不甘受辱，隔天上門對李男套話並錄音蒐證，高雄地院審理後依違反《性騷擾防治法》將李男判刑4月，得以12萬元易科罰金。

法院審理時，李男矢口否認性騷擾，辯稱當時並未與少女一同前往廁所，而是一直待在櫃檯裡，且他年邁，雜貨店又是公開場所，他不可能這麼做。但法官勘驗少女蒐證錄音內容，發現兩人對話時，李男不但沒否認前一天有偷摸，還要求「給我摸一下，我伍佰給你」，法院因此認定他犯行明確，判刑4月。
