警員知法犯法，更當罪加一等！一名員警離婚後另外結交女友，對方帶著2名還僅就讀國小的女兒搬入同居。不料小女兒最近常在放學後留在學校，遲遲不願回家，導師發現詢問後，才得知女童遭性侵。該名員警日前突然閃電請辭，檢警約談後將他移送，被依妨害性自主罪遭到羈押。

這起員警性侵同居人2名年幼女兒的案件，發生在台南市。43歲的溫姓員警，擔任警察23年已經離婚。3年前他透過網路交友，結識同樣失婚、育有2女的陳姓女子，2年前開始同居。但溫男卻常利用陳女晚上上班的機會，對其2幼女伸出魔爪，2女不知如何處理而一直隱忍。

溫男在猥褻性侵過程時，還出言威脅「妳不讓我摸，我就把妳跟媽媽、妹妹趕出去，讓妳們無家可歸。」根據《蘋果日報》報導，溫男2年來至少對這對姊妹猥褻、性侵近百次，直到小女兒近來在學校放學後，故意拖延返家時間，導師驚覺有異，詢問之下才得知遭到溫男性侵，隨即通報警方。

警方偵辦後，發現溫男也對陳女的大女兒伸出鹹豬手，上月30日警方調查後，當天下午溫男就閃電請辭。警方偵訊溫男，他坦承犯案，2日被依妨害性自主裁定羈押。
