風勢強勁 台東縣六千多戶停電

天兔颱風帶來的強勁風勢，造成台東縣有六千多戶停電，台電表示，已經派員全力搶修中。

台電指出，停電區域除了離島的綠島和蘭嶼外，大都集中在台東縣南端的太麻里和大武地區。
