搭檔體力耗盡 王介甫雙打居亞

20歲、身高196公分的潛力好手王介甫，昨晚礙於印度搭檔班布里1日3戰體能透支，沒能全然搭配出戰力，終以4-6、2-6敗給哥倫比亞第1種子賽巴斯汀/羅伯特，屈居高雄海碩男網挑戰賽雙打亞軍。

不過這已是台灣球員在這項總獎12.5萬美元的ATP挑戰賽最高等級賽事，最佳的雙打戰績，同時是王介甫剛起步的職網生涯至今最棒之雙打成就。

王介甫輸球猶有豪氣：「下次若闖進冠軍戰，我絕不空手而回。」他心疼搭檔班布里1日3戰：「他連打了兩場單打(單打4強、冠軍戰)，來到這場雙打決賽，他也已經盡力了。」王介甫的外卡驚奇能一路衝至決賽是個人意外的收獲，畢竟他主攻單打。

王介甫擁有天生好體格，讓他在發球上很具優勢。而藉由獲頒海碩單、雙打外卡的難得機會，他自云得到很多：「由對前輩高手們身上，讓我學到很多場上應戰的心態，我也因此更有自信了。」
