林杰梁最後研究　男性不孕與鉛暴露有關

【綜合報導】上月初病逝的俠醫林杰樑，仍在人間留愛。林口長庚醫院臨床毒物科前主任林杰樑生前參與的最後一篇生殖毒害研究，首度證實男性不孕與重金屬鉛的暴露有關，精液中的鉛濃度愈高，精蟲數就愈少。醫師指，生活中的彩色吸管、塑膠玩具等都潛藏鉛毒害危機，此研究對未來預防男性不孕具有極大價值。

消基會曾抽檢早餐店、夜市的吸管，80件樣本中有10件的鉛含量，超過衛福部的100ppm（parts per million，百萬分之一濃度）標準，並以黃色吸管的鉛含量超標最嚴重。台灣男性學醫學會理事長、高雄榮總泌尿科醫師簡邦平說，因精蟲數量不足就醫的男性不孕症患者，多是因精索靜脈曲張、癌症放療等造成，過去未探討鉛暴露因素，此研究提供治療的重要參考。
