嘉義縣水上鄉陳先生問：今年購買房屋供自住，其購屋借款利息能否自綜合所得稅中列舉扣除？

南區國稅局嘉義縣分局答覆：納稅義務人辦理綜合所得稅結算申報列報購屋借款利息扣除額時，必須納稅義務人、配偶及受扶養親屬於課稅年度在該地址辦竣戶籍登記，方可適用購屋借款利息扣除額。依據所得稅法第17條第1項第2款第2目之5及同法施行細則第24條之3第2款規定，購屋借款利息之扣除，該房屋應符合以納稅義務人、配偶或受扶養親屬名義登記為其所有，並於課稅年度在該地址辦竣戶籍登記，且該地址無出租、供營業或執行業務使用，納稅義務人可取具向金融機構辦理房屋購置貸款所支付當年度利息單據申報扣除，每一申報戶以一屋及每年扣除額30萬元為限。
