【時報-台北電】黃色小鴨19日游進高雄光榮碼頭，高雄市政府規劃碼頭周邊道路交通管制，並實施假日免費接駁專車。黃色小鴨9月19日~10月20日在光榮碼頭展示，為維護周邊道路順暢，市府規劃管制範圍，東至成功一路(不含)、西至海邊路(含）、南至青年二路(不含)、北至五福三路(不含)，西臨港線自行車道禁止騎乘腳踏車。管制時段從9月19日~22日(中秋節連續假期)，每日上午10時至晚上12時，週休二日(含10月10日國慶日)；平日管制時間從下午4時至晚上12時。管制時間內，區域內除公車、接駁車、無障礙計程車之外，禁止車輛通行。

另外，假日免費接駁車路線起點自捷運中央公園站1號出口到光榮碼頭前公車停靠站；首班10時30分，間距10到20分鐘。
