摘要：雙北市的河濱公園自行車道，很適合都會民眾休閒運動。但我們的願景工作室發現，很多動線都缺乏指標，民眾常常搞不清楚要怎麼走才能抵達目的。另外有越來越多民眾選擇夜騎，但河濱車道的照明不足，晚上騎車其實非常危險。聯合報「願景在地，暢行台灣」系列專題，照亮角落的問題點，凸顯小市民實際遇到的交通問題。
