曾銘宗：非經濟紛憂只是短暫的　QE退場也是短多長空

馬王政爭事件短期難解，台股後勢備受考驗，對此，金管會主委曾銘宗今(16)日指出，就過去歷史觀察，非經濟因素紛擾都只是短暫的，之後就會回歸基本面。不過，由於今日台股盤中漲百點，讓曾銘宗心情也大好，他說，「這個現象非常好。」

曾銘宗早上出席2013年國際金融服務評議機構組織台北年會開幕致詞，他在受訪時提到，近期台股交易量約有700多億元的水準，若量化寬鬆等干擾因素降低，應該可以穩站800億元以上交易量。

曾銘宗還說，美國經濟穩健復甦，汽車工業及不動產業都有成長，預期QE會逐步退場，況且QE即使退場也不表示，美國聯準會就會升息，美國QE退場，對台灣經濟來說，是短空長多。

對於金融業者擔心，兩岸服務貿易協議若無法在立法院過關，恐影響登陸發展，對此，曾銘宗重申，服貿協議對金融業者而言，利大於弊，一旦政策通過，業者登陸可享更大彈性，應多支持。
