購物專家罕病女募款違法　衛福部要求退還

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】財團法人台北市東森社會福利慈善基金會今年6月以「搶救潤潤，台灣人民動起來」幫東森購物專家俞嫻的17歲罕病女兒潤潤募款，衛生福利部今天表示，《公益勸募條例》規定不得為特定個人發起勸募案件，且此捐款方案未取得主管機關勸募許可，就已在媒體刊登勸募訊息並公布募款帳戶，屬於違法募捐，已發函要求東森社會福利慈善基金會撤除勸募訊息，並返還非法勸募所得。

衛生福利部指出，該基金會已依要求撤除募款資訊，但目前衛福部尚未掌握該勸募方案有多少人捐款、募了多少錢，該部上周發函也要求該基金會要求返還所有募款，並要求基金會15天內說明返還情形，若未依法返還捐款，將移請台北市社會局依《公益勸募條例》開罰2萬到10萬元。

東森社會福利慈善基金會回應，並未主動進行這項募款，會再跟衛福部溝通。
