塔利班運動指揮官 歡迎巴國和談提議

巴基斯坦塔利班運動(TTP)資深指揮官穆阿威亞(Asmatullah Muawiya)今天(22日)發表聲明，對巴國政府近日提出舉行和平會談一事，表示歡迎。

穆阿威亞說，對於巴國新任總理夏立夫(Nawaz Sharif)在上週末的演講中，展現政治成熟度，重申願與巴國塔利班運動舉行和平會談，他對此表示歡迎。

穆阿威亞說，如果巴國政府有誠意解決彼此衝突，塔利班運動願意對這項和平會談提議，積極回應。

穆阿威亞來自旁遮普省、是巴國塔利班運動的戰士派系。

目前還不完全清楚，巴國塔利班運動高層領導人是否與穆阿威亞有著相同的想法。

原本巴國塔利班運動要跟巴國政府於今年5月舉行和談，但是塔利班運動第二號人物芮曼(Waliur Rehman)，卻在5月間遭美國無人機轟炸身亡，塔利班運動因此退出和談。
