南鐵與大埔相同？　賴清德嗆李鴻源：政治出發　圍魏救趙

內政部長李鴻源認為，苗栗大埔案與台南鐵路地下化，是「兩個很類似的區段徵收案」。不過，台南市長賴清德21日砲口全開，直指李鴻源以政治的角度出發，讓人懷疑有「圍魏救趙」的意圖。

賴清德說，李鴻源未實際了解兩案在工程、路線與過程的不同處，就出此言，是不恰當的，還把台南市拖下水。

賴清德表示，李鴻源顯然在發言前，並未詳細了解鐵路地下化在本質上與苗栗大埔不同，把二案相提並論，將造成台南市鐵路地下化推動的困難，如果因此導致工程延宕、停擺，李鴻源對不起台南市民。

賴清德強調，鐵路地下化是台南重大交通建設，土地徵收也是不得不的選擇，但市府不會放棄任何一絲與市民溝通的機會，也不輕言強拆民宅，會徹底與居民做溝通。

賴清德說，台南市鐵路地下化市民引頸期盼20多年，屬於台南重大工程，具備縫合都市功能、促成交通便捷、減少交通對台南市的衝擊，其公益性毋庸置疑。
