全球焦點都放在9月17、18日的美國聯準會利率會議，會議結果將影響全球股市甚鉅。

富蘭克林證券投顧表示，若聯準會釋出的寬鬆資金9月真的開始退場，顯示決策者對美國經濟加速成長的信心，有助全球風險性資產上演利空出盡的反彈行情。反之，若聯準會9月並未如市場預期般地縮減購債規模，將退場時間遞延至年底，雖然代表決策者傾向多觀察經濟復甦的力道，但在寬鬆貨幣政策的基調下，亦有助於全球股債市上演反彈行情。
