818上凱道拆政府　今召萬人挺大埔

【綜合報導】為抗議苗栗大埔4戶遭強拆，包含台灣農民陣線在內的團體，今下午5時起將在凱道舉辦「把國家還給人民 818拆政府」晚會，現場會象徵性布置苗栗縣長劉政鴻的靈堂供民眾丟牛糞洩憤；農陣粗估今到場群眾可達5000人，有機會上看萬人。

台灣農村陣線表示，今預計從下午5時至晚上8時，會有大埔4戶、受害農民輪番上台，陳述受迫害狀況，並重申三大訴求：要求《土地徵收條例》修法，建立民主對等聽證程序；全面停止浮濫的徵收；修改《公投法》，降低《選罷法》門檻等。學者專家如徐世榮、彭明輝、廖本全等會到場，全國關廠工人連線、高等教育工會、反服貿團體也前來聲援。
