〔自由時報記者陳筱琳／綜合報導〕一場2013年法國網球公開賽和溫布頓草地網球錦標賽女雙冠軍的對決，溫網冠軍台灣謝淑薇與中國彭帥以6：1：3：6、10：3擊退法網冠軍俄羅斯瑪卡洛娃（E. Makarova）／薇絲妮娜（E. Vesnina），挺進辛辛那提網球公開賽女雙決賽。

「謝彭配」打下溫網以來的9連勝，謝淑薇在臉書粉絲專頁表示，這場今年四大賽兩組女雙冠軍的對壘相當有趣，她和彭帥與對手在網前短兵相接時打出一些好球，例如有一分她和彭帥雙前排，對手放了一顆漂亮的高球越過她，她趕緊往回衝，背對球場將球撈回，球落在不被攻擊的點，拿下精彩的一分。

謝淑薇並分享和妹妹「A妹」謝淑映捉弄教練保羅的趣事，「A妹」開玩笑喊著：「你放屁對不對！」保羅雖聽不懂，但回答：「對。」讓兩姊妹笑翻。

曾透露想愛心情的小薇，吃晚餐遇到義大利選手佛格尼尼（F. Fognini）和他的體能師，讓她心花怒放，直言：「單身的感覺很棒，可以肆無忌憚地欣賞每一位男士，跟大家都做朋友聊天說笑。」

蠻牛擊倒費爸 晉4強

男單八強賽部分，塞爾維亞球王喬科維奇6：7（5：7）、6：3、5：7飲恨美國206公分長人伊斯納，無緣四強。西班牙納達爾5：7、6：4、6：3擊退瑞士費德爾，這是納、費在ATP賽事第31次交手，納達爾21勝佔上風。
