全台紫外線過量 出外加強防曬

環保署紫外線預報系統顯示，今天全台紫外線指數都達過量級，其中以竹苗和花東地區紫外線指數最高，民眾外出應加強防曬。

行政院環境保護署預報今天紫外線指數顯示，全台紫外線指數預報都達過量級以上，其中竹苗和花東地區紫外線指數最高達10，北部、雲嘉南和高屏最高達9，宜蘭和中部最高達8。

依環保署紫外線監測系統分級標準，紫外線指數8到10屬過量級，11以上則是危險級，20分鐘內就會曬傷，出門應準備帽子、陽傘、防曬液、太陽眼鏡和長袖衣物、儘量躲在陰涼處，上午10時至下午2時最好不外出。

環保署環境監測及資訊處提醒，民眾若要在日正當中出門，一定要做好防曬準備；在戶外烈日下，應多補充水分，預防中暑。
