放「高溫假」？ 人事總處下週開會討論

針對勞團要求放「高溫假」等相關議題，行政院長江宜樺今(9)日表示，「可以討論」。人事長黃富源指出，江宜樺已做政策指示，人事行政總處下週將邀集勞委會等相關單位與學者專家開會討論，他也請幕僚蒐集各國案例，做為會議參考。

黃富源在受訪時表示，人事總處下週將邀氣象、勞動條件、法律、醫療等方面的專家學者與相關部會討論，也會蒐集各國案例參考。由於放假標準的制訂，連帶影響民間企業，也會邀勞委會共同討論。

對於「高溫假」的定義，黃富源說，因為涉及工作條件與健康，影響民眾權益，必須謹慎定義。他認為，在室內或戶外工作，工作條件會隨著天氣而有所不同，而且高溫也不僅限於氣候上的溫度，有些工作雖然在室內進行，但與溫度有高敏感度，希望也能一併考量。

目前「天然災害停止辦公及上課作業辦法」，將颱風、地震及水災等天然災害發生列入停止上班上課標準，但並沒有高溫假的相關規定。
