昨天臺灣各地晴朗炎熱，下午一點五十八分，台北出現高溫卅九點三度，破了台北氣象站一百一十七年來最高紀錄。

中央氣象局表示，今明兩天和昨天的天氣型態類似，由於太平洋高壓依然偏強，大臺北地區白天可以到３７度左右，中午左右可能再度達到３８度左右，其他各地高溫也有３３到３６度，中午前後紫外線指數容易達到過量至危險級，戶外活動要記得做好防曬措施，並且多喝水避免中暑；至於水氣方面依然比較偏少，出現午後雷陣雨的區域和今天類似，大致上是以西半部山區為主，若是前往山區或溪邊活動仍然要留意天氣的變化並且注意安全。
