想換網路 可是兩年期未到

我想問一下 我想把我家ADSL(8M/640K)換成光世代(12M/4M)
(之前的上傳太低了@__@)
可是合約好像有兩年的限制
違約金又好貴
我要問的問題:
1.可以直接換又不用付違約金嗎?
2.步驟是?
