桃檢追查禁閉室等流程 以釐清案件

偵辦二六九旅禁閉室影帶有沒有遭人湮滅案件的桃園地檢署，重新對禁閉室監視器等流程測試，以釐清整個案件。（李明朝報導）

桃園地檢署偵辦二六九旅禁閉室影帶有沒有被湮滅證據案件，桃園檢方已經重新測試監視器畫面等流程，桃園地檢署襄閱主任檢察官戴文亮說，檢方跟科技監視人員及專業廠商等人前往二六九旅禁閉室重新測試監視器，以釐清真相。

檢方專案小組追查的重點，在於誰在負責禁閉室監視器監視，假設監視鏡頭沒有畫面或者鏡頭遭人蓋住時，如何處置。

檢方釐清影帶部分，包括案發前後十多天的相關影帶，找尋有沒有疑點。

檢方專案人員表示，目前大約有七到八人在審查相關的監視影帶，必須要全部看完，再進行後續動作，需要傳喚的對象就會傳喚到案來說明。
