洪仲丘案 法務部：不介入但可協助

針對軍檢署偵辦陸軍下士洪仲丘命案，法務部今天表示，檢察機關不會介入但可協助偵辦。此外，據了解，洪仲丘的檢體上週送到法醫研究所檢驗，結果沒有呈現毒物或藥物反應。
