健保費用及繳費

我健保是入我媽工作那邊的，可是她三月份離職
我也不太清楚 現在是在外讀書 結果家裡收到一張類似催繳單
也沒有寫金額，請問我該如何去繳納呢? 三月到六月 應該也要繳不少的錢..
我有申請到 彰化縣政府的中低收入戶
可是有沒有甚麼補助 好像說只有健保方面 不知道是全額減免
還是只需要繳一些? 這我也都不太懂 ... 因為我姊幫我弄他的 所得稅納入扶養
所以等於中低收補助健保也沒有了

現在我要如何補繳? 請問 彰化縣政府中低收 是全額補助健保 還是 補助一些?
