答案是不行喔

此卡召喚成功時，在此卡放置1個魔力計數器（最大1個）。場上表側表示存在的魔法使族怪獸被破壞的場合，可以作為代替每有1體破壞的魔法師族怪獸把自己場上存在的1個魔力計數器取除。此效果一回合只能使用一次。

這應該是你所寫的怪獸的效果吧
效果欄上所指的召喚成功是指通常召喚成功喔 所以特殊召喚他出來是無法放置魔力計數器的
