智慧型手機用2gsim卡是否容易壞

我最近換了一支htc手機,我沒有去換3gsim卡,還是用之前2gsim卡,手機上網都用wifi,上fb的時候連線的速度特別慢,螢幕顯示要用htc的sence,連線的速度要用分鐘來計算,是手機的問題還是sim卡的問題,上網如果沒有登出電信公司是否一直計價,還有我很少講電話,有時候整月都沒用,用166的費率,電信公司說換3gsim卡費率至少要用200,請問各位大大我是否換3g的預付卡較划算,上網比較不會卡卡,還是有更好的建議.
