潛規則？部下玩弄求職女大生　日《共同社》社長下台

日本最大的通訊社—《共同社》社長石川聰日前表示將於6月辭職，為人事部長帶求職的女大學生上賓館一事負責；同時表示辭職的還有該社的專務理事伊藤修一。

5月16日出版的日本雜誌《週刊文春》爆料，《共同社》的人事部長今藤悟將一名求職的女大學生帶到情人旅館，這篇報導引發日本社會震驚。《共同社》上月20日宣佈將人事部長開除，負有監督之責的石川社長等5名幹部也受到減薪處分。

但上述懲處並未能消除社會輿論的批判，石川社長和伊藤專務理事5月30日出面表示將引咎辭職。該社將在6月20日召開社員總會，確定新的領導體制。
