| 做法超渡賣凶宅 男詐欺判6月

新北市一名男子買下凶宅後，不但找師公做法會，還隱瞞凶宅資訊，短短四個月內轉手賣屋。買家直到兩年後才發現買到凶宅，所以提出詐欺告訴。台北地院也認定，男子觸犯詐欺罪，判處有期徒刑六個月。（潘千詩報導）
判決書指出，民國96年6月間，賴姓男子在法拍市場買下新北市板橋區的一戶凶宅，短短四個月不到，馬上以625萬轉手賣給不知情的新屋主。兩年後，民宅傳出火警，新屋主想賣屋卻遭仲介拒絕，新屋主問老鄰居才知道，八年前原屋主曾經在這棟房子裡燒炭身亡。新屋主不滿賴姓男子在交易前沒有告知，甚至在代書詢問時也否認是凶宅，所以控告對方涉嫌詐欺。
台北地院審理時，賴姓男子堅稱不知道房子是凶宅，並反控新屋主因房子發生火災才想藉故提告，彌補損失。法院傳喚證人出庭作證，發現賴姓男子曾找師公到屋內做法，顯見當時就已知道是凶宅，而且代書詢問時又清楚表明不是，明顯刻意隱瞞實情。審酌賴姓男子隱瞞凶宅事實，事後也沒有和被害人達成和解，以詐欺罪判處有期徒刑六個月，可易科罰金。全案可上訴。
