| (學生)想辦HTC或三星哪家比較划得來?(送上20點)

我還是學生,
因為經濟問題,
我是半工半讀,
上班需要,
想辦HTC或三星,
要上網吃到飽,
但不用網內互打免費,
收訊也不用很好沒關係,
哪家電信業者推出的方案月租費比較便宜?
有沒有學生方案?
因為自己住外面也很怕手機費繳不出來...
不能跟爸媽拿錢,
但上班需要一直用到網路,
沒智慧型手機比較不方便,
可能要辦吃到飽比較適合,
所以想問問看有沒有月租費最低的那一種?
