【黃任膺╱台中報導】卡通片《怪獸電力公司》當中，怪獸藉嚇小朋友產生的尖叫聲為電力公司充電，台中新光三越中港店就在10樓放置一座尖叫屋，讓學生、上班族體驗「尖叫充電」。
該個尖叫屋可讓民眾盡情尖叫，叫愈大聲，電力愈足，可幫智慧型手機充電。

| 台股開盤 上漲27點來到8038點

【財經中心／台北報導】美國台北時間周四凌晨將召開FOMC利率決策會議，市場預料將持續維持寬鬆，加上近期經濟數據作多，帶動美股連續兩日上漲，台股開盤上漲27.82點，來到8038.84點，高價股包括大立光（3008）等皆領先上攻。
