台股開盤　上漲27點來到8038點

【財經中心／台北報導】美國台北時間周四凌晨將召開FOMC利率決策會議，市場預料將持續維持寬鬆，加上近期經濟數據作多，帶動美股連續兩日上漲，台股開盤上漲27.82點，來到8038.84點，高價股包括大立光（3008）等皆領先上攻。
