孔傑榮月初見馬 馬未承諾見陳光誠

【黃揚明／台北報導】出席陳光誠記者會的馬總統恩師孔傑榮會後受訪表示，6月6日他曾和馬總統會面，當時提到陳光誠訪台事宜，但馬並未承諾見陳。被問到馬是否該見陳，孔傑榮未正面回應，僅說：「簽證發給他（陳）已經18天了。」

陳光誠前往台大校友會館出席記者會前，由於傳出可能有危安情資，不但會場內外有十多位便衣警力部署，陳光誠身邊也有3位便衣隨扈貼身戒備，記者會開始時站在舞台兩側，現場並無任何突發情況發生。

陸專家：警惕與那國島新基地

（中央社台北23日電）日本自衛隊將在距離釣魚台僅170公里的與那國島籌建新軍事基地，預計2015年使用，加強對中國大陸艦隊和戰機的監控。大陸軍事專家稱，對此要充分警惕。

香港文匯報引述大陸軍事專家洪源指出，與那國島緊臨釣魚台與台灣，「確實是一個新的戰略樞紐」，日本欲借此對釣魚台形成威懾，「中國必須充分警惕」。

與那國島附近海域是中國大陸海軍艦隊進出太平洋的主要航道之一。

報導說，日本政府從3年前開始，規劃在島上建設自衛隊雷達監控基地，部署一支100人規模的電子部隊，以加強對中國艦隊和戰機的監控。

洪源認為，與那國島緊臨釣魚台與台灣，確實是一個新的「戰略樞紐」，日本作出戰略部署，充分說明日本對中國持有深切敵意，對日本的軍事應進行必要的遏止。

他同時指出，面積很小的與那國島，與日本聯繫並不緊密，孤懸在海外，軍事力量和發揮的作用極為有限，容易被對手切斷，欲借此遏制對手，屬愚蠢做法。

大陸的國際在線曾經分析，與那國島擁有2000公尺跑道的民用機場，如果日本在島上設置軍事基地，可以部署F-15或F-2A/B戰鬥機，無論對東海開發還是釣魚台爭議，都是較大威脅。
