【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】國際貨幣基金（International Monetary Fund，IMF）公布最新《全球經濟展望》報告，調降全球經濟成長目標，為去年底來連續第6度下修，2013年目標由7月預估3.1%降至2.9%，2014年目標由3.8%降至3.6%。
 
IMF指出，先進經濟體成長逐漸轉強，新興經濟體反而走疲，並警告美國財政僵局若導致債務違約，恐嚴重衝擊全球經濟，目前各項預測仍假設美國政府短暫停擺、債限問題在10月17日前解決。

餐廳名稱：麵家三士 ATT4FUN店 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：台北市松壽路12號5樓 電話：02-77375188 營業時間：週一 - 週日: 11:00 - 21:00 每人平均價位：200~400 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：無 推薦菜色：黑潮三士拉麵 塘揚炸雞 官網：http://www.ramensanji.com.tw 詳細網誌好讀版:http://ppt.cc/2~Sb ===================================================================== 前陣子看到朋友在麵家三士打卡，看到他們PO的照片就像超好吃，光看照片就餓了!! 立馬把麵家三士列入口袋名單。 麵家三士源自於日本九州，在台灣已經有兩間分店。 這次拜訪 ATT 4 FUN 分店，由於是平日晚上，人潮不多!!! 這次點的餐點有 黃金三士拉麵 $190 說真的...我覺得我點錯了!! 黃金三士拉麵的叉燒肉是小碎肉，湯頭口味相當重，我覺得整體偏鹹 喝了一口，馬上請服務生幫我加湯，這裡家湯不用錢喔! 麵家三士的麵條相當厲害，吃起來有彈性and嚼勁，麵條幫這碗拉麵大加分啊!! 黑潮三士拉麵$210 光看外觀完勝黃金三士拉麵，黑潮拉麵的湯頭有加入黑芝麻， 湯喝起來像稀釋麻醬，有夠鹹!!!! 加湯後的黑潮拉麵真的很好吃!!! 塘揚炸雞$120 朋友上次有提到一定要點塘揚炸雞...不吃都沒事，一吃整個上癮!!!! 多汁、肉質紮實搭配高麗菜絲與沾醬一起，爽口不膩!! 雖說$120貴貴的，美食總是要付出代價... 吃過就知道$120是有價值的!!! 整體來說，口味還不錯偏鹹，第一次來這邊的朋友建議一定要點塘揚炸雞， 喜歡黑芝麻可以選黑潮三士拉麵。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.124.44.85

【游芳男／宜蘭報導】在重陽節前夕，宜蘭家庭扶助中心今邀請30位祖父母吃火鍋聚餐，犒賞祖父母照顧孫兒之辛勞。這次活動由天王舞丼複合式餐飲與宜蘭家庭扶助中心扶幼委員會聯合贊助，天王舞丼經理楊麒正說：「很高興有回饋社會的一點機會，希望阿公阿嬤們吃得高興。」
 
宜蘭家扶中心主任張如萱說，今天活動中，還特別為本月生日的吳美玉（65歲）、黃秀慈（64歲）、杜淑慧（53歲）3名阿嬤慶生。吳美玉阿嬤說：「吃火鍋過重陽節還是第1次，很難忘。」
