史諾登續留莫斯科機場

揭發美國大規模情蒐作業的中情局前雇員（史諾登）沒有依照計畫，從俄羅斯轉往古巴，美國總統歐巴馬說，會窮盡一切法律途徑，將他緝捕回國，美國國務卿凱瑞說，假使中國與俄羅斯幫助史諾登逃亡，美國會非常失望。（夏明珠報導）

已經向厄瓜多請求政治庇護的史諾登，週末從他原本躲藏的香港，逃到莫斯科，原本打算昨天前往古巴，可是他沒有上飛機，研判他還在俄羅斯。白宮發言人卡尼說，香港放行史諾登的理由，毫無說服力，

史諾登被美國以三項罪名交付法辦，護照也已經被註銷，據透露，他是持厄瓜多發放的難民證件，離開香港，美國總統歐巴馬表示，美國正與多國連繫，務必要讓法律獲得伸張。

正在印度訪問的美國國務卿凱瑞說，假使事實證明，中國是故意放走史諾登，對雙邊關係勢必會有不利影響。

他也呼籲俄羅斯遵守國際法，他說，這對大家都好。俄羅斯通訊社依據靈通人士提供的消息報導，莫斯科當局不排除受理美國引渡史諾登的要求，問題是，史諾登人在莫斯科機場的境外大廳，理論上，他還沒有入境俄羅斯，俄國無權羈押他。

史諾登希望尋求庇護的厄瓜多，厄瓜多外長昨天在越南說，史諾登庇護申請出具的理由是，他要是回美國，恐怕會終身受到不人道待遇，甚至有生命危險，厄瓜多說，會在法律與政治容許的前提下，參酌國際慣例，做出適當決定。

當FB Load完相關資訊打完卡後再切回頁面
通常都已經吃掉2Mb左右的流量
對於網路不是吃到飽相當傷

是否有快速打卡程式
不用到FB的頁面
只是單純送出打卡相關資訊

或是將這些紀錄暫存在手機內
等到有Wi-Fi的環境再一次送出?
