【林奕雯╱綜合報導】「亞洲小天王」Rain當兵倒數14天，服役期間爽兵爭議不斷，不但被點出休假天數比一般士兵多2.1倍、勞軍時入住要價1.6萬元台幣的五星級飯店，年初還被直擊他服役期間穿軍服、沒戴軍帽，與金泰希約會，但他沒被嚴懲，只被軍方禁足1周。

韓國防部定法嚴管

國防部年初曾表示，會嚴加管制藝工隊士兵，制定「外出表演需回部隊住宿、晚上10點歸隊、外出需有上級陪同」等規定，但Rain上周與SE7EN等「星」兵赴春川勞軍後，仍大剌剌與同袍入宿汽車旅館，晚上10點多外出聚餐，再度挑戰軍紀，網友氣憤說：「請國防部考慮廢除藝工隊。」

【蔣永佑／台北報導】新北市淫警陳鼎峰涉嫌淫辱兩名14歲少女，還在警車車震，但據被害人律師指出，陳不僅逼被害人警車車震，還在烘內派出所男廁，逼少女口交，因2被害少女都是社經地位不高、單親又隔代教養，事發後陳鼎峰又常常跑去少女家中求饒或談和解，被害人覺得陳完全掌握家人行蹤，非常害怕。

據悉，目前其中一名被害少女已對他提出附帶民事求償7百萬。
