派出所內逼口交　淫警遭求償7百萬元

【蔣永佑／台北報導】新北市淫警陳鼎峰涉嫌淫辱兩名14歲少女，還在警車車震，但據被害人律師指出，陳不僅逼被害人警車車震，還在烘內派出所男廁，逼少女口交，因2被害少女都是社經地位不高、單親又隔代教養，事發後陳鼎峰又常常跑去少女家中求饒或談和解，被害人覺得陳完全掌握家人行蹤，非常害怕。

據悉，目前其中一名被害少女已對他提出附帶民事求償7百萬。
