| 李登輝頭暈 臨時取消下午公開演講

【黃揚明／台北報導】前總統李登輝原訂下午2點前往新台灣國策智庫演講，但中午該智庫臨時以簡訊通知因李身體不適，決定取消今天演講行程。
李辦主任王燕軍說，李前總統今早起床時覺得頭昏，量血壓、血糖後發現血壓偏低，因此決定在家休息，待身體狀況恢復後，再擇期前往演講，李也特地致電新台灣國策智庫董事長吳榮義表達歉意。

| 日女酩酊大醉走馬路 遭3男集體性侵

【綜合報導】日本一名32歲女子，在今年1月4日凌晨1點多左右，喝得醉醺醺走在路上，隨後遭到3名男子集體性侵，昨日警方將3名嫌犯身分公布。
警方表示，這3名嫌犯分別為21歲上班族能勢秀幸、32歲電力工人桑原誠，以及27歲派遣員工義元得憲。警方指出，3人在事發前一天與女子認識，並相約一同喝酒，但是在隔天清晨，這名女子在喝得酩酊大醉、毫無抵抗能力之下，竟遭到3名男子集體性侵。
事發後警方逮捕3男，但3男皆否認性侵，表示是男女雙方同意下，進行性愛活動，不過現在警方仍將全案移送法辦。

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】同樣對藝文界有卓越貢獻的「雲門舞集」創辦人林懷民形容李國修是「偉大鬥士」。他中午來到屏風時，語氣沉重表示：「我非常敬佩李國修先生，他帶給我們多少歡笑、對這個社會的省思，他是個偉大的人民藝術家，非常的惋惜。王月很好，非常堅強。」
