| 日女酩酊大醉走馬路 遭3男集體性侵

【綜合報導】日本一名32歲女子，在今年1月4日凌晨1點多左右，喝得醉醺醺走在路上，隨後遭到3名男子集體性侵，昨日警方將3名嫌犯身分公布。
警方表示，這3名嫌犯分別為21歲上班族能勢秀幸、32歲電力工人桑原誠，以及27歲派遣員工義元得憲。警方指出，3人在事發前一天與女子認識，並相約一同喝酒，但是在隔天清晨，這名女子在喝得酩酊大醉、毫無抵抗能力之下，竟遭到3名男子集體性侵。
事發後警方逮捕3男，但3男皆否認性侵，表示是男女雙方同意下，進行性愛活動，不過現在警方仍將全案移送法辦。

| 李登輝頭暈 臨時取消下午公開演講

【黃揚明／台北報導】前總統李登輝原訂下午2點前往新台灣國策智庫演講，但中午該智庫臨時以簡訊通知因李身體不適，決定取消今天演講行程。
李辦主任王燕軍說，李前總統今早起床時覺得頭昏，量血壓、血糖後發現血壓偏低，因此決定在家休息，待身體狀況恢復後，再擇期前往演講，李也特地致電新台灣國策智庫董事長吳榮義表達歉意。

| 馬沙溝音樂節 12及13日免費入場摸彩送機票

【王智勇／台南報導】台南市政府觀光局主辦「2013馬沙溝音樂節」，將於7/12(五)及7/13(六)二天在馬沙溝濱海遊憩園區登場，今年台南市政府還特地邀請海洋音樂祭創辦人張四十三擔任節目總策劃，同時邀請戴佩妮、張震嶽、丁噹、四分衛共10組藝人歌手演出。
今上午台南市政府舉辦記者會。交通觀光局長陳俊安說，這二天活動完全免費，當天只要打卡上傳照片即贈送馬沙溝限量贈品，而到場參加領取摸彩券者，就有機會獲日本來回機票，及富士音樂會門票，且1人中獎2人同行。
