| 技職師資 專家：技術比學歷重要

【台灣醒報記者楊智強台北報導】「沒烤過麵包的博士教授和沒學歷的吳寶春相比，誰適合在技職教育體制教書？」真理大學教授陳俐甫4日在「振興台灣技職教育」記者會上表示，技職教育的評鑑制度不應依循一般高教的教師評鑑制度，而應該要以就業市場改變趨勢為導向，甚至應該每5年一次檢驗教師所教授的特定技藝，是否與市場所需的技能相輔，做為教學評鑑之一。
教育部技職司副司長饒邦安回應說，教育部正計畫推動200億預算的「技職教育再造方案」，其中就包括改革技職教育學校的教師評鑑制度。他表示，未來會將學生的就業率也納入技職教師評鑑的標準之一。
技職教育的評鑑制度不應該跟著一般高等教育制度走。陳俐甫認為，技職教育所需要的師資應以輔導學生就業導向為主，不應比照和一般大學，要求教授的國際論文發表篇數，不一定要每位教師都是博士或高學歷。他補充說，一位沒進過烘焙坊的博士和沒有學歷的吳寶春相比，哪一位比較適合在技職體系教書呢？
陳俐甫指出，技職教育的教師教學技術也應該要和業界市場上的技術接軌，否則學生所擁有的技術可能無法應用在工作上。他說，應該以3年或5年一次的檢驗方式，檢驗教師教學的技術是否落伍，這樣才能避免學用落差的狀況發生。
饒邦安回應表示，例如木柵高工採用德國技職教育的師徒制，以一對一的方式讓學生到業界實習，除能讓業界不愁沒人才可用，也可以讓技職教育的學用落差大幅降低，可以是「多贏」的狀態。
「除希望將學生的就業率納入評鑑範圍外，也將推動產業學校的設立。」饒邦安說，「政府的經費有限，民間資源無窮，若讓產業界和技職教育有完善的接軌合作，技職教育經費缺乏的問題就可以較為減輕。」

我姊夫在台積工作8年了，最近每天都有人請下午茶 什麼都可以成為請客理由，像新人滿一年阿，或升33，34，這當 然更不會放過，聽說還有公訂價碼，像升34大概就3萬左右， 不過爆預算多個幾萬也是有的，聽起來還蠻歡樂的 不像我公司升主任升副理都沒人在喊請客的，是台積的風氣就這樣嗎? 還是只有我姊夫部門比較特別阿?純粹閒聊~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.45.147
