| 〈NBA〉不受國王重視 Evans心向鵜鶘

2009-10年新人王Tyreke Evans夏天成為受限自由球員，今天(4日)口頭答應紐奧良鵜鶘提出的4年4400萬美元合約，預計將會在美國時間7月10日簽約，屆時沙加緬度國王將有3天時限考慮是否跟進。
根據《ESPN》報導，不受到國王新老闆Vivek Ranadive重視是Evans想要離開的主因，至今國王也尚未向Evans提出合約。消息來源指出，「Evans過去從未想過要離開，但現在他不得不這麼作，如果國王早點釋出誠意Evans或許會留下。」
日前國王公開表示要優先追逐自由球員Andre Iguodala，並提出一張4年5200萬美元合約，加上今年選秀會在第7順位選進後衛Ben McLemore，各種跡象都顯示Evans即將失去在國王的地位。
Evans生涯4季都在國王繳出平均17.5分4.8籃板4.8助攻，首年更是有20.1分5.3籃板5.8助攻一舉拿下新人王。對Evans有興趣的球隊還有亞特蘭大老鷹、底特律活塞跟丹佛金塊，其中金塊與國王有在考慮用先簽後換的方式來交換Evans與Iguodala，不過Evans個人對於加入鵜鶘有著較高興趣。
如果最終此案成真，Evans將與Jrue Holiday、Eric Gordon與Greivis Vasquez共組鵜鶘後場，前場則有Ryan Anderson及2012年選秀狀元Anthony Davis。

| 顏炳立看房市像「夏天穿毛衣」好冷！ 豪宅可能跌5~10%

今年夏天的天氣明明熱到行，不過，戴德梁行總經理顏炳立卻以「夏天穿毛衣」，來形容現在的房地產市場「很冷」。他表示，金管會對壽險業投資不動產市場的禁令未解，讓第2季商用不動產市場腰斬，加上QE退場，下半年實在看不到樂觀的理由，他甚至預估，豪宅市場可能會有5%至10%的跌幅，如果奢侈稅的期限再延長到4年，那真的是「把呼吸器都拔掉了」。
根據戴德梁行統計，第2季商用不動產交易金額僅105億元，較第1季的282億元大幅減少177億元，較去年第2季的270億元也少了165億元，都呈現腰斬的情況，主要是金管會對壽險業投資不動產禁令尚未解除，雖然附條件允許投資，但最低投資報酬率仍未定案，讓壽險業即使面臨符合投報率的標的，但仍心存觀望而不敢出手。
顏炳立表示，行政干預讓市場像「夏天穿毛衣」，「很冷！」下半年也沒有看到樂觀的理由，加上美國寬鬆貨幣政策（QE）即將退場，將迫使市場呈現觀望，加上一些行政干預，例如買店面要查租金，而市場上的大魚（指壽險業）又消失了，就算準備再好的餌也沒用。
顏炳立指出，商辦市場成交量縮，可能會影響豪宅市場，他認為，中山、中正、信義、大安這些蛋黃區的豪宅價格可能會跌5%，北市外圍的蛋白區更可能會下修10%。
