佳麗寶美白商品出包 下架召回

（中央社記者楊明珠東京2013年7月4日專電）日本化妝品大品牌「佳麗寶」強調有美白效果的化妝品因消費者使用後肌膚出現白斑，佳麗寶今天宣布，主動下架含有相關美白成分的54種產品。
佳麗寶宣布主動下架佳麗寶及其子公司製造販售8種品牌的54種產品。
佳麗寶表示，今年5月有皮膚科醫師表示，有人使用了化妝品肌膚出現「白斑」情況，佳麗寶調查後得知有39人出現同樣症狀。
佳麗寶初步研判，這些人所使用的產品含有美白效果成分，可能是「白樺精萃」（4-HPB）成分導致幾乎發炎出現白斑。佳麗寶決定召回消費者購買的商品，預估有45萬個。
佳麗寶的社長夏（土反）真澄在記者會上表示，對顧客造成莫大的困擾，深感抱歉，將努力儘速回收，防止同樣情況再發生。
日本媒體報導，回收的商品是含有號稱美白成分的化妝品。2008年上市之後累計已出貨436萬個，去年度營業額在日本約50億日圓（約新台幣15億元），在海外約20億日圓。目前使用這類產品的消費者在日本境內估計約有25萬人。預估召回的費用約達50億日圓。

| 不在預拆地 朱家雜貨店驚傳將被拆

今(5)日一早各界人士、公民團體聚集於苗栗縣竹南鎮大埔里，預定拆除地之一的「張藥房」門口，發起「七月五，救大埔」抗議活動。初步估計現場約有3000人參與，頂著豔陽高喊，「豺狼治國，人民抗暴」口號。除了大埔農民，苗栗灣埔、竹東、高雄美濃等地農民也紛紛聲援，他們憤怒的表示，「因為政府連人民最基本的生存權都不顧，農民必須團結一致！」
更令人震驚的是，位於公義路上的房子，已被列為預定拆除地四戶之一的朱樹家，在今早收到苗栗縣政府最新公文寫道，「預定執行之標的物為仁愛路786號」，也就是本來沒被列為拆除地的雜貨店，這項追加讓朱樹悲憤的表示，「連我賴以維生的地方都要奪走，是因為我站出來捍衛權益就要讓我死嗎?」
對此，苗栗縣議員李貴富前往關心時表示，「不在公告內，縣政府無權拆除，懷疑是縣府誤植的作業疏失」，然而他現場致電給縣府時僅收到回應表示，「目前還不清楚狀況，會再查明」，他搖頭說道，「縣府若連這樣嚴重的疏失也會犯，真不知道在做甚麼。」
搶救大埔的抗議活動目前仍在進行中，隨著正午到來，聚集的人數不減反增，大埔自救會代表葉秀桃憤怒的說道，「若政府真要硬幹，那我們也只好去拆了行政院」，長期關心大埔的台北大學教授廖本全也說，「大埔的事，就是你我共同的事，希望全民共同關心」，因為，「人民的力量有多大，社會改變的力量就有多大。」
