| 少年無照偷開車 過彎太快連撞三車

【林師民/新竹報導】新竹縣竹北市一名十六歲少年，今天晚間近七時，無照偷開家裡轎車外出，行經中華路左轉光明六路時，疑因車速過快失控，先衝撞路邊黑色轎車，再彈往對向車道，從停等紅燈的休旅車和銀色轎車中間撞過去，最後停在人行道上，所幸無人受傷。三輛遭撞轎車分別車尾和車頭受損，肇事少年被帶回警局，由家長陪同製作筆錄，吃上無照駕駛罰單，還需負擔後續車損賠償。

【李俊淇／新北報導】新北市一名28歲女子，今年初收到前男友（30歲）性騷擾簡訊表示「I only u to suck my dick」，她不滿前男友口氣輕浮，日前氣得提告；前男友到案時辯稱：「忘記有傳過這樣的簡訊，如果真得有，那也是情侶間會做的事。」警方訊後將他依違反《性騷擾防治法》罪嫌函送市府裁罰。

【張菱育／台北報導】雖然目前各房仲業者和銀行都推出房貸試算或房貸專業，但根據台灣房屋調查顯示，對房貸族而言，最大的困擾是銀行貸款方案太少無法比較、未將個人財務列入試算考量、沒有提供寬限期功能。
台灣房屋智庫發言人張旭嵐表示，買房有很多公開平台，像是實價登錄可以查詢但是房貸方案多又複雜，要在其中找到最合適自己的銀行方案和還款方式，還有申請房貸的細節，更需要專業人士的協助。她也提醒購屋族房貸不要超過總收入的3分之1，如果為薪水較高者，還款金額也不要超過收入的一半，此外，若房貸年限原為20年，購屋人想增加到變30年，建議中間也應要有還款計劃，且依每個人的經濟能力來選擇房貸規劃。
