| 涉抄襲學長論文 博士生判賠10萬元

【黃哲民／新北報導】國立大學董姓博士生被指抄襲陳姓學長發表的論文，並於2008年間5次發表在學術期刊或研討會，被陳男求償70萬元。
董男辯稱與學長引用同一批文獻，但智慧財產法院指董男著作出現的小錯誤跟陳男一模一樣，論述核心內容的實質相似性也極高，又沒註明引用出處，認定董男抄襲，判決應賠償陳男10萬元。
董男另於今年4月，被台北地院依4次違反《著作權法》合併判刑9月，得易科罰金。校方表示，雙方仍在訴訟中，不便評論，董男尚未申請博士口試。

| 硬拗打工學生 9成雇主都違法

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】暑期打工旺季到來，群園基金會今天公布調查青少年學生打工調查報告指出，台中地區有近7成學生有打工意願，但打工職場超過9成以上雇主都有違法行為，其中以未替青少年投保勞健保、時薪低於法定最低薪資109元最多，與去年調查雇主違法情況相同，但青少年碰到雇主違法卻只有19.4%會向勞工局求助；記者會上也邀請今年19歲的阿樂與阿紫分享自己打工卻未拿到合法薪資的經驗。群園社會福利基金會執行長陸正誼認為，勞工局應該跟教育局合作，主動進入校園跟學生說明打工權益與申訴方式，確保打工學生權益也避免受騙受害。
群園社會福利基金會是從今年6月7日起至6月14日止，針對大台中地區高中職學生族群進行紙本問卷分區抽樣調查，總計有效樣本1408份。

| 德展間諜配備 也有飛鴿拍照

【綜合報導】神秘的間諜世界，總是讓人充滿好奇，現在德國奧伯豪森(Oberhausen)博物館帶你一探究竟，展出過去一世紀來，德國間諜使用的裝備和致命武器。
這個「最高機密」(Top Scertet)展覽，展示包括在一次大戰德國使用，揹著相機的鴿子模型，當時德軍用來空拍敵方軍營照片，還有暗藏麥克風的假櫻桃，放在調酒上，在酒酣耳熱之際竊取機密，以及德國情報人員使用的發射化學藥品的手槍等。
館方希望透過這個展覽，改變大眾對情報人員的刻板印象，真正了解他們的世界。
