【綜合報導】有民眾出面指控，何嘉仁旗下旅行社，打著五天四夜日本親子團的名號，卻帶去吃居酒屋，怒批「這是要小孩怎麼吃？」，更誇張的是入住裝修中的飯店，業者還辯稱「要相信日本的工安。」讓民眾無法接受。

| 台積20奈米製程 提前量產

全球可程式元件（FPGA）大廠賽靈思（Xilinx）昨（9）日宣布，業界首款20奈米可編程邏輯元件（PLD）和All Programmable元件開始投片。由於賽靈思是台積電的20奈米重要夥伴，這也宣告台積電的20奈米製程確定提前投片與量產。
全球可程式元件（FPGA）大廠賽靈思（Xilinx）昨（9）日宣布，業界首款20奈米可編程邏輯元件（PLD）和All Programmable元件開始投片。由於賽靈思是台積電的20奈米重要夥伴，這也宣告台積電的20奈米製程確定提前投片與量產。
台積電即將在18日舉行法說會公布上半年財報並說明第3季營運展望。法人認為，台積電今年營運維持亮眼成長，先進製程效益功不可沒，繼今年領先的28奈米製程後，20奈米製程可望在明年發威，賽靈思或蘋果訂單都是會重要功臣。
賽靈思昨天宣布，繼28奈米系列產品帶來眾多驚豔業界的創新後，其20奈米元件再創兩項業界第一，包括已開始投片業界首款20奈米PLD和All Programmable元件，並著手建置業界第一個ASIC等級可編程架構「UltraScale」。
賽靈思持續維持和台積電的合作關係，並採取與過去研發28奈米高效能低耗電製程（28HPL）一致作法，將高階FPGA 的需求導入台積電的20奈米系統單晶片研發流程，雙方將28奈米成功經驗延伸到20奈米元件，再次率先將採用業界首款ASIC等級可編程架構UltraScale設計的元件進入投片階段。
隨賽靈思宣布20奈米產品進入投片，也宣告台積電20奈米製程提前在第2季末、第3季初投片，較預估提前近兩個月，下半年將可放量出貨，成為明年成長的重要動能。
事實上，蘋果A7處理器訂單也被視為台積電20奈米製程重要客戶，日前華爾街日報即報導，台積電已與蘋果簽訂合約，將為新一代iPhone和iPad供應20奈米晶片。
半導體設備商曾推估，台積電20奈米製程初期投片量約5,000片，第3季逐步推升至1萬片以上，至明年第1季末，月產能擴大至3萬至4萬片。

| 馬︰12年國教非義務教育

12年國教明年上路，國人普遍存有疑慮，馬英九昨強調，制度改革不可能每個人都滿意，「一定會有雜音！」馬也強調，實施不是為了落實個人政見，而是全國教育會議通過的決議！馬接受壹電視專訪，談到12年國教議題，不斷替政府的決策辯護。馬先解釋，12年國教「實際上不是義務教育」，是否上高中有自由選擇權，「這個很多人不曉得！」
對於補習現象越來越普遍，馬則說，明星高中學生忙上補習班，「不是很了解」，他相信有，但不是全部，重點是學生和家長的態度。對於「越改越亂」的質疑，馬明確反駁，強調不要現在就說越改越亂，就以學費補助來說，民調顯示有6成民眾可以接受。（記者彭顯鈞）
