| 伊朗男回應未騙財也願還款 指女子主動借款

【郭美瑜／台北報導】女子控伊朗男感情攻勢借1千萬未還清。遭指控的伊朗男子莫憲‧安明寧與兒子阿里下午召開記者會回應。莫憲‧安明寧說，陳女主動搭訕，並表示願借款及投資，因他的台伊貿易的應收帳款受美伊關係緊張而未收到，導致還款出問題，但陳女拒展延，反控其詐欺。他還以阿拉之名發誓沒有欺負陳女。阿里也回應，不能因土耳其男行徑，將其父子與之連結。
莫憲‧安明寧說，他1994年來台從事貿易，出口台灣商品到伊朗、杜拜、科威特等國家，為了談生意而開餐廳，陳小姐是自己上門的餐廳顧客，後來天天來，自國外（紐西蘭）返台後說「她喜歡我們」。陳小姐得知他投資京華城失利，損失2700萬元，還告訴他不要擔心，老外來台投資，「我可以幫忙」。他說，陳先借款500萬元，分期8個月，月還63萬元，因時值美國及伊朗關係緊張，導致他收不到貨款，有2期無法兌現；第二期的500萬元則是投資款，每月6%利息，陳女已取走180萬元利息，還反控其詐欺，指陳女借錢不願展延且快速抽銀根，導致他還不出錢，他非騙錢。莫憲共舉手以阿拉之名發誓，「我們沒有欺負她，她自已過來說要幫我們忙。」 阿里說，他來台10年，父親來台時間更長，不能因為「土耳其男來了」就將其父子與之連結，並指「她黏在我們這裡，她真的很屌耶」。阿里表示，已還本金及利息558萬元，還有本金及利息約四百多萬元未償還，但是願意還錢。

| 寵物店長侵占公款又詐財 判1年4個月

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹市一家寵物店38歲姜姓店長，因缺錢還卡債，除侵佔寵物店7萬3多元款項，2011年5月間還在網路po文誆騙網友，指稱自已是寵物批發商，擁有活體球蟒。網友受騙匯款至姜男提供的帳戶，事後姜男避不見面。11月間，姜男又登入台灣EVO 兩爬交流網網站之爬蟲交流頁面，發表標題為「出清大拍賣，蚺蟒＆蛇龜，緬甸蟒單價2800、現貨一隻120 CM，蜥蜴＆陸龜，有興趣可當面挑選」。呂男向姜某下訂，購買長120 公分的「緬甸蟒」及身長110 公分的「澤巨蜥」各1 隻，匯款3萬2千元至姜男提供的帳戶內，事後姜男置之不理，最後買家及寵物店提告。姜某坦承犯行，新竹地院昨依侵佔、詐欺罪一年四個月，得易科罰金。

| 亞股開盤反彈 漲勢仍受壓抑

【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】在美股收高帶動下，亞洲股市周二開高，表徵整體行情的MSCI亞太指數反彈0.8%，扭轉周一收盤大跌1.5%，創2周來單日最大跌幅的窘境。
不過，投資人雖樂觀期待美國企業財報及經濟前景，但對中國政府緊縮信貸及資金緊俏問題仍心存顧忌，漲勢受到壓抑，包括日本、南韓、澳洲、紐西蘭股市，漲幅不超過1%。
