貪檢案開庭　業者爆陳玉珍情事

【張欽／台北報導】台灣高檢署前檢察官陳玉珍被控貪污案，陳日前承認特偵組起訴她包庇賭博電玩還收賄2325萬元所有事實，但洗錢共犯律師郭學廉仍否認犯行，並否認知悉業者施永華向陳行賄，台北地院今早傳喚施出庭說明。施永華證述，行賄初期都是拿牛皮紙袋，後來才改用現金，且交付賄款都在車上，記得郭學廉有2、3次在場，他應該知道行賄的事，他還爆料在車上看到陳玉珍與郭學廉2人小手碰觸，且從2人的言行，認為他們應該是男女朋友。
 
由於颱風蘇力逼近，台北地區下午2時起停班停課，因此下午庭期取消，改下周三繼續詰問施永華。

日久「建」人心 球迷信不斷 自由時報 – 2013年7月8日 上午6:20 建仔重返大聯盟，短暫的精采表現彷彿南柯一夢，球迷的發言，也隨著從熬夜看球的力挺 ，瞬間轉變成冷嘲熱諷，還沒來得及替建仔擔心太多，一封一封的跨海祝福馬上寄到，才 讓人放下心，也證明永不放棄的堅持，還是有很多人疼惜。 一踏進野牛隊休息區，陌生的工作人員像是老朋友般打招呼，笑稱：「你們是來看王建民 的對吧！這裡有好多信都是寄給他的，看來他真的很紅哦！」隨著他手指的方向看去，心 裡突然湧起一陣感動，那裡可是有著來自台灣、美國與世界各地的祝福，上面全都寫著大 大的王建民三個字，期待著在第一時間，給建仔送上一句「加油！」 「球迷的信不少，應該滿開心的吧？」隨口問上建仔幾句，就怕觸動他感傷情緒，只見他 默默的拿起其中一封，端詳了一會兒才放下，淡淡地說：「他們都還沒放棄我 ，所以我不會就這樣低頭，感謝他們，這真的深深溫暖了我，要繼續堅持下去。」 http://ppt.cc/~4Nw -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 119.15.202.189
