| 求才 工作態度人格特質「軟實力」企業更重視

【王玉樹／台北報導】職場新世代最缺「情緒管理」能力！根據勞委會職訓局全國就業e網於畢業季以【企業人才進用與產業發展調查】為題回收的問卷調查得知，47%企業認為時下年輕人最缺乏的職場能力是「情緒管理」，其次為「壓力控管」與「溝通協調」，一般認為很重要的「專業能力」僅排第五名。調查也顯示企業在篩選求職者履歷時第一考量是「工作經歷」，比例高達7成，而決定是否錄取的關鍵考量最多也是「工作經歷」，其次為求職者個人的「人格特質」，第三為「專業知識與技能」，會考量「學歷與科系」決定錄取的企業竟然只佔3%。
勞委會職訓局建議，這份調查顯示有越來越多企業更為重視求職者工作態度與人格特質等「軟實力」，建議新鮮人除了專長能力外，也要強化這方面軟實力。

| Rain今日正式退役 展軍姿雄赳赳

結束21個月服役的歌視兩栖明星Rain於今日(7月10日)上午正式從首爾龍山區國防部退役。
Rain於2011年10月參軍，之後以第5師團新兵教育隊助教的身份開始服兵役。去年3月被調任到國防宣傳志願隊服役。不過Rain所在的國防宣傳志願隊因幾名文藝兵不負責任的服役態度捲進了文藝兵醜聞。此後，為致謝國防部，Rain主動放棄了定期假期。
7月5日，國防部相關人員表示：「鄭智薰結束當時的演出後就和幹部一起就餐，之後立即返回了部隊，飲酒也是因為為表激勵，和之前的風波無任何關係。”

| 30噸抹香鯨出沒花蓮外海 賞鯨遊客驚喜萬分

【李光濱／花蓮報導】花蓮外海今上午8時許有漁民通報，花蓮港外海出現4尾抹香鯨，身邊還跟著數百隻飛炫海豚及瓶鼻海豚追逐，太平洋賞鯨船老闆王慶安表示，一早就有遊客等著登船出海賞鯨，不過賞鯨船趕到現場目前僅發現1尾重達30噸抹香鯨及2百多隻海豚，仍讓遊客驚喜萬分。
